The refurbishment of occupied offices whilst ensuring the client works are not disrupted with trades interference. Our works comprised the removal of redundant fixtures and fittings, carpet replacement, lighting and decorations, all completed in a 3 week period to a high standard.

The decoration of 103 apartments and common areas. This was started mid April and was completed early 2008, our labour levels flutuated to ensure that the client was satisfied and agreed target dates were achieved.

At its peak CLL had in excess of 35 decorators on site and maintained a high quality of works.

The installation of drywall with finishes, plastering, screeding and the drainage works associated with the installation of additional toilets in a listed building. This was a detailled job which required close client / trade coordination to deal with the daily design changes experienced on a cut and carve project. The project was completed on program, this was a 12 week program, completed October 2007.

This was a 12 week builderswork contract for the alteration of the university library. CLL satisfied the client with our flexible approach, works undertaken included, timber ramp construction, steel installation, screeding, mirrors supply & install, plastering, demolition, diamond cutting and water proofing works.

The project was completed on program and to a high quality, October 2007.

The decoration of new doors and frames installed as part of the new look Next. These works included the installation and decoration of fire rated hoarding and partitions. Block paving and screeding. Client satisfaction ongoing December 2007

The decoration of new plaster finishes on a fast track program working closely with the client and associated finishing trades. Client satisfaction ongoing December 2007.

The decoration of the Hotel Ibis show flat. This was undertaken in July 2007.
